Job Description

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to work closely with the CFO and HR Manager across accounting payroll budgeting and financial reporting functions. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior- to mid-level finance or accounting professional who wants to be a key contributor to the team grow their skills work closely with senior leadership and gain broad exposure to finance operations in a collaborative environment.

Youll play a key role in supporting the organizations financial health through accurate processing reporting and operational support.

What Youll Do

Accounting & Financial Operations

• Process invoices and prepare vendor payments
• Identify and track expense allocations
• Perform account reconciliations (bank investment and other accounts)
• Process accounts receivable and assist with collections
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Assist with regulatory filings (1099s Form 990)
• Support annual audit activities
• Assist with budgeting forecasting and cash flow planning

Payroll & HR Support

• Review biweekly payroll reports for accuracy and reconciliation
• Track PTO usage and maintain payroll records in ADP
• Assist with commuter insurance and benefit reimbursement tracking
• Cross-train with HR on payroll and benefits processes
• Support special projects and ad hoc initiatives

What Were Looking For

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field preferred
• 3 years of financial or accounting experience
• Strong Excel skills and comfort working with data
• Understanding of GAAP
• Experience with QuickBooks ADP or Power BI is a plus
• High attention to detail and analytical mindset
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism

Salary: 70-100k commensurate with experience exempt
