Job Description

Job Title: Office Assistant

Location: Chalfont

Pay Rate: $21–$24/hour

Schedule: Full-time (Monday–Friday)

Type: Temp-to-Hire

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is looking to grow within a stable organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional manner
  • Greet visitors and provide front desk support
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with filing, scanning, and document management
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Provide general administrative support to various departments

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of administrative or office support experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Professional and positive attitude
