Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative located in Durham, NC. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for engaging with customers to ensure satisfaction, managing accounts, generating leads, and closing sales opportunities. Other responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, assisting clients with inquiries, and identifying solutions that meet their equipment rental needs. Collaboration with internal teams and maintaining a proactive approach to sales tasks will also be key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
• Experience in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction
• Proficiency in Account Management and maintaining client relationships
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Organizational skills with attention to detail and time management
• Knowledge of the equipment rental industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree is a plus
