Qualifications:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified/Board Eligible.
• Active, unrestricted medical license in the state of Oregon (or the ability to obtain).
• Active, unrestricted DEA license in the state of Oregon (or the ability to obtain).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
