South Denver OBGYN and Midwives is looking for a Physician to join the team! Castle Rock and Littleton locations

About the Role:

As a Physician specializing in Obstetrics and Gynecology at our South Denver locations in Littleton and Castle Rock, CO, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive healthcare to women across all stages of life. Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality prenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum care, as well as managing a wide range of gynecological conditions. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure personalized treatment plans that prioritize patient safety and well-being. This role demands a commitment to staying current with medical advancements and integrating evidence-based practices into daily care. Ultimately, your work will significantly impact the health outcomes and quality of life for the women and families in our community.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough patient evaluations including history taking, physical examinations, and diagnostic testing to diagnose and treat obstetric and gynecologic conditions.
  • Manage prenatal care, labor and delivery, and postpartum follow-up to ensure healthy outcomes for both mother and child.
  • Perform gynecological surgeries and procedures as needed, including minimally invasive techniques.
  • Develop individualized care plans and provide patient education on reproductive health, family planning, and preventive care.
  • Collaborate with medical assistants, nurses, midwives, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing medical education to enhance clinical skills and patient care.
  • On- Call Required.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Completion of an accredited Obstetrics and Gynecology residency program.
  • Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
  • Valid and unrestricted medical license to practice in the state of Colorado.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
  • Current DEA Registration

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Fellowship training or additional certification in subspecialties such as Maternal-Fetal Medicine or Gynecologic Oncology.
  • Experience working in outpatient and hospital settings within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and telemedicine platforms.
  • Strong background in minimally invasive surgical techniques.
  • Bilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, to better serve diverse patient populations.

Salary: $260,000 - $290,0000 / base salary per year plus quarterly bonus program
