WHAT YOU BRING:
2–4 years of Leadership Experience in a high-volume fast food, QSR, or restaurant setting
A Passion for developing People and building strong, engaged Teams
Experience of Profit & Loss Accountability
Effective Communication, Coaching, and Decision-Making Skills
A commitment to Hospitality, Quality, and Operational Excellence
High School Diploma or GED required (College Degree preferred)
Must be at least 21 years old with dependable transportation
Ability to pass background and drug screening
