Glue is not just another team chat app. We're building the first platform for agentic team chat—a workspace where AI agents and humans collaborate as peers. Our platform supports leading AI models (GPT-5, Claude, Gemini, and open-source alternatives) and integrates with thousands of apps through the Model Context Protocol (MCP), enabling teams to direct actions across their entire tech stack without leaving chat.

Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Product Manager to own Core Messaging—the heart of the Glue experience. In this role, you'll own threads, groups, messaging features, and the core user interface that teams interact with daily across web, desktop, and mobile. You'll work closely with engineering and design to craft intuitive, delightful experiences that make team communication effortless and powerful.

You'll be deep in the product—writing specs, reviewing designs, coordinating releases, and partnering with customers and internal teams to test and iterate. You'll be responsible for UI/UX that people use every day, and your decisions will directly impact how thousands of teams communicate. This role requires someone who understands what makes great messaging products work and can balance user needs with technical constraints.

This role will work out of our lovely San Francisco office.

About You

• 4+ years of product management experience at leading software companies
• Strong track record of shipping polished, user-facing products with exceptional UI/UX
• Experience with messaging, communication, or collaboration products
• You use the latest AI technologies to prototype ideas and iterate quickly toward solutions
• You thrive collaborating with small teams and partnering directly with leadership on product strategy
• You care about details but know when to prioritize immediate outcomes over perfection.

What Will Help You Succeed

• Experience building messaging or chat products at scale
• Deep understanding of cross-platform design (web, desktop, mobile)
• Familiarity with AI-powered product features
• Experience working in fast-paced, early-stage startup environments
• Strong design sensibility and ability to work closely with designers
• Background working on consumer-grade experiences in B2B products

Compensation and Benefits

• The pay range of base compensation for this role is typically $180,000-$220,000
