Job Title: Spa Travel Sales Specialist
Type: Full-Time | 1099 Contractor
Location: Traveling – Multiple U.S. Spa Sites
Pay: $3,500 base + commission
We are seeking a Spa Travel Sales Specialist to visit different spa locations and drive client engagement. This position focuses on converting walk-in and scheduled clients into booked services and packages. All client traffic is provided. Your goal is simple: deliver results while traveling to assigned locations.
Meet clients and recommend treatments, upgrades, and packages
Maintain daily sales targets and track performance
Integrate quickly with spa teams at each location
Adapt to different work environments while maintaining professionalism
Follow guidance from leadership and training resources
Base pay: $3,500/month
Commission tiers: 3%, 5%, 7% based on results
Work-related travel covered by the company: flights, lodging, car rentals, and gas
Potential for six-figure earnings for consistent performers
Comfortable with frequent U.S. travel
Strong interpersonal and sales skills
Motivated, coachable, and adaptable
Prior experience in sales, customer service, or spa environment preferred
